١. قبول الشروط1. Acceptance of Terms
باستخدامك لتطبيق أثر أو تسجيلك فيه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إن كنت لا توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق. By using or registering in the Athar app, you agree to be bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
٢. الحساب والمسؤولية2. Account & Responsibility
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- يجب أن تكون المعلومات التي تدخلها صحيحة وحقيقية. The information you enter must be accurate and truthful.
- أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.
- يُمنع إنشاء أكثر من حساب واحد لشخص واحد. Creating more than one account per person is not permitted.
٣. الاستخدام المقبول3. Acceptable Use
توافق على عدم استخدام التطبيق لـ:You agree not to use the app to:
- التحايل على نظام النقاط أو التلاعب به بأي وسيلة. Circumvent or manipulate the points system by any means.
- إرسال محتوى مسيء أو مضايقة المستخدمين الآخرين عبر التذكيرات. Send abusive content or harass other users through nudges.
- استخدام أدوات آلية أو برامج لاستغلال واجهة برمجة التطبيقات (API). Use automated tools or bots to exploit the API.
- انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق أو إعادة هندسته. Infringe the app's intellectual property rights or attempt to reverse engineer it.
٤. الملكية الفكرية4. Intellectual Property
جميع حقوق التطبيق — بما يشمل الكود، التصميم، الشعار، وأسماء المستويات — مملوكة لفريق أثر. لا يُسمح بنسخ أي جزء منها أو إعادة توزيعه دون إذن كتابي مسبق. All rights in the app — including code, design, logo, and level names — are owned by the Athar team. No part may be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.
٥. إيقاف الحساب5. Account Suspension
نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، أو يُثبَت تلاعبه بنظام النقاط أو الإشعارات، دون الحاجة إلى إشعار مسبق في الحالات الجسيمة. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is proven to manipulate the points or notification system, without prior notice in serious cases.
٦. إخلاء المسؤولية6. Disclaimer
مواقيت الصلاة في التطبيق مبنية على حسابات فلكية معتمدة (طريقة الجمعية المصرية ومذهب الشافعي افتراضياً) وهي دقيقة في الغالب، لكنها قد تختلف قليلاً عن التوقيت الرسمي في منطقتك. يُنصح بمراجعة الجهة الدينية المحلية في حالات الشك. Prayer times in the app are based on established astronomical calculations (Egyptian Society method and Shafi'i madhab by default) and are generally accurate, but may differ slightly from the official times in your region. Consulting your local religious authority is recommended in cases of doubt.
لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي انقطاع في الخدمة أو فقدان بيانات ناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. We are not responsible for any service interruption or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
٧. تعديل الشروط7. Changes to Terms
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنُخطرك بأي تغيير جوهري عبر إشعار في التطبيق. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد الإخطار يُعدّ موافقةً على الشروط المحدّثة. We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via an in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
